What to expect from your pro.
Hello neighbors! Hiring a pressure washer to clean your property isn’t as simple as finding someone to blast water at the side of your house with 4,000 psi. If that were true cleaning would be so so easy. Professional cleaning requires professional know how and execution.

My Chemical Process
What appears to be staining your siding, roof, fence, driveway, decks and more is dirt, algae and mold. This mold and algae grow deep into the material, it grows and grows until it is removed. The process to remove the growth determines the outcome of your cleaning so I use industry standard eco-friendly algaecide and detergents to kill this growth.

I will Pre Treat and post treat your surfaces with the algaecide and detergents algaecide attaches itself to organic material like mold and algae. This cleans deep down into the material being washed. This provides a long lasting clean as opposed to just blasting the surface off with high pressure. using this Methode I ensure a deep even uniform clean that will look good front to back and top to bottom.

Soft Washing vs Pressure Washing.
Soft washing: is the remedy to prevent damage on delicate surfaces, house siding, roofs, fences etc. Soft washing uses low pressure water to both apply and remove the water and algaecide to any material that requires a soft touch. High pressure washing can break these materials or even remove the top protective layer on these surfaces causing oxidation.
High Pressure Washing: Traditional pressure washing is perfect for your flat surfaces that consist of concrete, pavers, brick, non-painted surfaces etc. I will always pretreat your flat surfaces with algaecide and detergents to get that dirt and mold out. I use commercial grade surface cleaner to make work efficient. I will also post treat with algaecide and cleaners to ensure the dirt and mold is removed deep into the pores of the surface. This process allows the clean to look even and uniform and will keep the area cleaner longer.
